Example of extract and air input canopy CKP installed into large production kitchen. The Commercial Kitchen Extraction Canopy manufactured and installed to DW172/2018. This Canopy forms part of a complete commercial kitchen ventilation system. It has integrated fresh air supply to the front face , Commonly known as a dual plenum or air in / air out canopy .

This can help with a more compact design and remove the requirement for multiple ceiling vents across the kitchen. This is useful where there is a restriction in the height available in that area

This dual plenum canopy comes complete recessed LED lights included in this custom extract hood .

The bespoke extraction canopy includes a notch to the rear to accommodate the column on the cookline wall. Install carried out prior to install of commercial flooring with upstand to the bottom of the stainless steel cladding.
