Complete stripout and redevelopment of large care home kitchen

Old gas appliances, slippery floors, and moving around the kitchen with massive heavy pans were accidents waiting to happen in this large care home.

The owners decided to take swift action, and CKP organised a complete strip out and re development. The client wanted a lay out that worked efficiently , reduced requirement of large heavy pans, gas appliances replaced with modern electric equipment nd a new slip resistant floor. We also installed hygienic wall coverings, a new Extract Canopy, full cookline, dishwash and food prep areas.
