Holding Kitchen for an Events Venue

We were involved in delivering a new holding or serving kitchen at a venue used for large corporate meets and an increasing number of weddings.

With the main kitchen located upsatirs the opperation was encountering service issues due to the logistics of moving plated food.

So at the clients request we developed a holding and plating kitchen area to allow food to be held then plated closer to function rooms

A large event venue can be called upon to service hundreds of covers in a very tight time window. So carefull planning and inplemetion of the kitchen and service areas is critical to its opperation

CKP redeveloped the whole thing to make sure there was plenty of holding space available where those clever finishing touches that make all the difference could be applied safely and efficiently by a team of chefs.
